All About Neurodiversity Training and Consultancy is a business based in MediaCity, Manchester, with a big mission: to help other organisations grow by becoming more inclusive of neurodivergent people.

At All About Neurodiversity, we believe neurodiversity is a strength—and that real inclusion requires more than just awareness. It takes action, understanding, and a willingness to rethink outdated systems.

We support businesses and schools in creating environments that are genuinely inclusive of neurodivergent individuals. From reviewing internal culture and policies to delivering tailored training and strategic consultancy, we empower teams to make meaningful, sustainable change.

Many people are unknowingly masking traits of Autism or ADHD, often at great personal cost. That’s why it’s so important to change the way we work, communicate, and lead—so that everyone has the chance to be seen, supported, and thrive authentically.
